Many people spend an absolute fortune to go to health farms to shed some weight... you don't need to!  With Cencerrita being 13 km to the nearest shops, temptation can be held at bay!  You can still enjoy the luxury of a bubbling hot spa (or a cooler one if it's summer) and do some swimming.  No, we won't wrap you in cling film and then cover you in mud ... actually, come to think of it, maybe that would be quite fun ... !!!

We'll make some suggestions, and you choose what you want to do.

With all the lovely fruits, salads and vegetables here (generally cheaper than the rest of Europe) it's an ideal time to eat healthily ... and actually enjoy it too!

Options: 

You have your own diet you want to follow:

• Hire a car and buy your food on the way to Cencerrita

• We pick you up from the airport and come with you while you buy your provisions for you stay (35 euros each way)

• Give us the shopping list so it can be in the house waiting for you ... and no temptation to put other things in your trolley ... (no service charge, just the cost of the food).  Additional forays for food by us during your stay will be charged at 12 euros.

• Give us your menu while you are here, and we'll sort it ready for you to cook each day. (depending on individual requirements, there will be a service charge  plus cost of food).  Details will be sorted with you in advance of your holiday.

If you are picking your own diet, it might be an idea to run the food items you need past us, just in case some of the things aren't available in Spain.

Get fit walking up and down our hills ... and then collapse in the spa for a rest afterwards!

You would like to pick one of our diets:

• Rapid weight loss (up to 10lb a week - maximum 2 weeks) Used by a famous US Clinic.
• Green Plan (Lots of pasta, rice, pulses, potatoes, salads and vegetables, but tiny amounts of meat, cheese etc)
• Red Plan (Lots of meat, poultry, fish eggs, salads and vegetables but only small amounts of carbohydrates such as potatoes and rice)
• A Calorie counted diet to allow you to try all sort of Spanish foods.

Both the Green and Red plan are a much slower weight loss, but can be used over a long period to loose a greater amount of weight. Counting calories is probably the least effective diet: you may loose weight but are likely to put it straight back on when you finish!  Costs are the same as above to follow one of our diets. Full details of these diets will be supplied on receipt of your holiday confirmation deposit.
