Our Pricing Policy

We keep our prices as low as possible all the year round. They are not artificially inflated in order to be able to give the "large discounts" which some places offer. We give true value for money.  All gas and electricity are included - even the spa. This means a cheap, realistically-priced holiday.

We know it is a competitive market and there are certainly many places available much cheaper than Cencerrita.  However we pride ourselves that Cencerrita is very unique! Not only is there the outside spa with its breathtaking views, we believe there are virtually no open places like this where you are secluded enough to forgo clothes and enjoy a privacy almost unheard of these days.  We meet you as you turn off the Las Cruces Road to guide you the rest of the way to your holiday home (don't want to lose guests on their first day!  We show you around your holiday home and then leave you to it.  However although you are totally secluded, if you have any problems at all, we are a short phone call (and 5 minute walk away) and can be there quickly to sort anything out - how many places offer this service?  Many owners don't actually even live in Spain!

Also worth thinking about is that if you are planning on just chilling for the week, you won’t have any extra costs of buying drinks, meals etc .... there is nowhere to spend money at Cencerrita!!!  And a further thought ... if you are not going anywhere, for 70 euros we will pick you up from the airport, call in at the supermarket to stock up and take you back at the end of your stay ... barely the cost of the tank of fuel the car hire companies charge!
