Don't know what to give your loved one for that special birthday?  Or maybe looking for an exceptionally romantic spot to "pop the question"?  Perhaps you'd like to surprise someone who seems to have everything ... except a bit "of peace and quiet"? Whatever the occasion, we can help!

For example:

Mike and Wietske spent their month long honeymoon touring Andalucía with the last week at Cencerrita: " ... we couldn't believe the amazing views, the lovely pool and the relaxing spa ... we just couldn't leave this beautiful, quiet place." May 2009

We might add here, though, whilst the Mini Cooper is a great car to treat yourselves to for touring, it is not really suitable for the tracks around here!

Kathryn and Mark chose to have their honeymoon at Cencerrita and, we're glad to say, had wonderful time!  Mark's mother was in cahoots with us, and between us we arranged a surprise special dinner, bottles of bubbly, chocolates, fresh flowers (not easy in this climate and location!) ... all in all, a truly memorable time was had by the happy couple. Australians Frankie and Roastie were working in the UK ... and really needed to get somewhere warmer for Christmas ...and that's just what they did!  With a couple of flatmates in tow to share the costs, they enjoyed a week of sunshine at Cencerrita - and were kind enough to invite Alan and me to their turkey Christmas lunch ... outside! Charmian wanted to take her partner abroad for his 40th Birthday.  Clive had NEVER been out of the UK before, so she was very wary that it could all go wrong if she picked the wrong place.  Luckily after emailing each other a few times, we were happy that we had things sorted: Clive had a birthday he will not forget in a hurry!  Apparently he is already planning his next trip ... Petra and Denis came here for their honeymoon - thought it was paradise! That fabulous feeling when you wake up in the morning and see the incredible view across the mountains - no photo can do it justice.  May 2005

Google Earth

Select the business tab in the top left and just write "Cencerrita" and it takes you right to us! The roads drawn in white on Google earth should be taken "with a pinch of salt"- at least in our area - they are not particularly accurate.  For example, it shows a through road going right across Cencerrita - this, we can assure you, does not exist!!

We also laughed at the route Google gives you from Malaga Airport ... you wouldn't so much need a 4 x 4 as a helicopter! Don't worry though, we provide you with very precise directions ... which work!
